Samsonite Scheduler

A mobile-first workforce management app built for Samsonite's Nordic operations.

The problem: Manual shift scheduling across multiple locations, with Swedish labor law compliance requirements that no off-the-shelf tool could handle.

What we built: A full-stack progressive web app with real-time features. Auto-scheduling engine powered by AI. Built-in compliance with Arbetstidslagen. Admin dashboards, employee portals, multi-role authentication, and live chat between staff and managers.

Stack: React, Node.js, Express, SQLite, TailwindCSS, Socket.io

The app runs on any phone, loads in under two seconds, and handles scheduling for an entire region — automatically.
